Hey Americans who read this blog: I hope you are all voting. Just because the polls say one thing or another, does not mean you don’t have to vote. Get out there and do it. I don’t care if you think it’s “too much trouble” because your voting location is not near your work. Just do it. This election is so important and it will hurt my feelings if I find out that you don’t care. Quit your hemming and hawing and vote. Vote vote vote! It’s your duty, your responsibility - and it’s a privilege. Don’t abuse it. Vote.

Hey Tina,
Love your blog.
Thanks for your posts encouraging everyone to vote. Just to give you a little picture of what it’s like…..
I live in Southern California and I got to my polling place right at 8:00 this morning when they opened. There was a line!!!!!!!! There were so many people. It’s never, ever like that here. So exciting to see people wake up and actually care! This is really important, and not just for us in the States. Thanks to you and all of the expats everywhere that took the time and trouble to vote.
