Next time email me to send you some sage…I would even send it overnight at any expense. In Oklahoma it’s native, but you really want the white sage that native to California. You should go to the pike market and buy some sticks and when you travel, keep some in a plastic glad bag. Sometimes when you go to OLD places there are many spirits. Oklahoma is like that. It’s very old and I have had to clear my house a couple of times. The most important thing is that you are a spirit manifest as a human being and have more power than the spirit not manifest. Your mind is the key. Chanting NMRK ironically also helps greatly in these types of situations, not sure why, but have always found it to be very strong way to deal with this type of thing…love you lots…mom

Well Tina, something violent happened in that building and possibly in the room where you were sleeping. Moving was the best thing you could do.
