Love the song, love the story. I wonder what adventures you’ll find yourself in this time around? ;)

(can’t send emails at the time as the network won’t let me. Will do when I get back home again!)

What a beautiful, evocative post. Sognami is a bittersweet ballad. I like it.

I love that music brings us back to a place in time. Like scents.

Kylie Minogue’s “Can’t Get You Out My Head” makes me remember our trip driving around Sicily. It was on the radio every other song. :-)

Oh this was a beautiful story. Thanks for sharing… I’m the same age as you and I also spent my 24th summer in Europe… I know we are still young and have more adventures to come but DAMN there is nothing like the sense of optimism and freedom and invincibility of the early twenties.

Looks like we’re all about the same age around here. ;) Songs are definitely evocative of a time and a place. Imagine what the soundtrack to your life will be like – all the great songs you’ll have lived and loved.

Ah sweet memories!

Oh to be able to go back and relive those moments again would have been divine!

And those accordion sounds sure adds a nice touch to the songs!
