As the special diner guest i was, i must say that i didnt know the recipe, but it was amazing, and considering the deviation from the original recipe, i must say that amazing is the way she cook, i felt honored eating so good.

Oh yummy nummy nummy. Every time I think I’m going to branch out and make my artichokes differently, I go back to my old standard: steamed in water seasoned with lots of garlic, pepper and lemon, and then dipping the leaves in tarragon flavored mayonnaise.

I will check out your links though…for future feasts.
