Indeed!! And I must add that at the other side of the Rio de la Plata, in Uruguay, the story is the the same! I used to have to visit Montevideo a lot (for work), and I remember a colleague of mine, who was a vegetarian, and just had the toughest time finding where he could have a satisfactory meal … and no, I am not trying to compare the relatively small and cozy Montevideo with the much larger and cosmopolitan BAs, even if the food culture is so similar…

Donde estan las verduras??
Even the restaurant salads are beige (except for when there’s lettuce.)
