Guys, don't listen to Tina. Surprise is the key word. Prepare carefully your attack. Watch your target. Wait until she do some action, like raise the glass to her lips. Then, a suddenly approach by the flank, a tricky question like "Do you dance?" (duh, she have milongueros shoes, so yes), instead of "would you like to dance?", and perhaps you response your self: "Of course you do!". She will be in the dance floor before she knew what happend. She will not know what hit her. She will not know why is she dancing with you, but she will know this: Its better for her to stay away from you.
But hey, there is a lot of "targets" and you can always have the surprise element!
Thanks Tina for compliments :)
In the second part of my post, I will give some advices, and definitely yours is gonna be there.
Besos!

Tina,

Couldn't agree more--one doesn't want to be nasty when declining a dance; I'd rather help whoever is intending to ask (either through the cabeceo or directly) to keep his dignity by being more subtle. A "surprise attack" from the side or the back begs for trouble, unfortunately.
