We went to a small party in Palermo with some San Franciscans that are staying there. Mi Amor’s friend, Pedro, a 72-year-old milonguero, came with us, which was a very special treat. He has taught Mi Amor quite a lot.
Naturally there was space for dancing. Upon seeing me dance with Mi Amor, Pedro said (loosely translated into English), “Brava! You have a real style…personality. You’re almost…. Argentine.”
Ok, I’ll take that.

When I first started reading it slipped my mind that you were no longer in Italy, and when I read Palermo I thought ‘damn, that musta been one major party to travel all that way!’ Then it occured to me that you were in BA. And I became even more confused and wondered if you were talking about something in the past. Then it finally occured to me that there must be a Palermo near BA as well. I’m just movin super fast today!
